NV Gundog Estate Sparkling Shiraz

This wine draws on premium parcels of Shiraz from the Hunter Valley, Hilltops, and Canberra District. Each was fermented in traditional open-top tanks with gentle hand plunging, prior to maturation in seasoned French oak puncheons. The result is a refined Sparkling Shiraz, balancing fruit purity with depth and complexity. Medium-bodied and beautifully structured, it offers immediate enjoyment while also rewarding short to medium term cellaring.
