Arguably no other wine heralds the arrival of spring quite like a new vintage of Rosé! Based on Hilltops Shiraz and Canberra District Cabernet Sauvignon, our 2024 release is bright and fleshy, yet dry and refreshing – a wine that will surely shine alongside a lunch enjoyed in the sun.

Rounding out this season’s mix are three of our most popular incarnations of Shiraz. The Hunter’s comes from the knockout 2023 vintage, and showcases power alongside poise with remarkable balance. While the Hunter’s Shiraz offers great charm now, it will certainly reward cellaring over the next 5 to 10 years.

Stretching further afield, the Smoking Barrel Shiraz is a unique blend produced from contrasting sites across the Hunter Valley, Hilltops and Canberra District. The intention is to deliver a stylish and approachable Shiraz, offering broad appeal without compromising quality.

And finally, if you prefer your reds with a couple of years of bottle age, then you will surely relish the cool-climate charm of the 2021 Hilltops Shiraz No.1! This is a critically acclaimed release that is settling into itself nicely. Enjoy now with your favourite BBQ or braise; otherwise tuck it away in the cellar for a few more years.
