Unique to Gundog Estate, this exciting wine pushes the boundaries of conventional Semillon production with the use of indigenous yeast, fermentation on skins, and an off-dry finish. The Wild Semillon is a modern, textural expression of a classic grape variety, made with the intention of both challenging and delighting the senses. We expect this wine to gain complexity with time in the bottle.
