Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Gundog Estate (ABN 13 165 695 956) of 101 McDonalds Road, Pokolbin, NSW 2320, telephone (02) 8767 7000 is one of 4 Promoters. The other Promoters are Grazing Gundaroo, The Nest Accommodation and Cork Street Cafe.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents with a current Australian postal address over the age of 18.
4. Promotion commences on 28 April 2025 and ends 11 May 2025 (“Promotional Period”).

The winning entry will be determined via the use of a random number generator. Entries will be assigned a number in ascending order from the date of review.
7. Total prize value is up to $800(RRP) & consists of ;
– Lunch and a VIP wine tasting at the Gundog Cork St. Cellar Door
– Dining experience at award winning Grazing Restaurant ($200 in value)
– One night luxury accommodation at The Nest Gundaroo
– Breakfast at Cork St Cafe in Gundaroo
- 8. Prizes, or any portion of a prize cannot be taken as cash.
9. Gundog Estate will notify winners via social media or email.
10. The winner will be responsible booking with each of the Promoters individually. They will also be responsible for all their own transport.
11. The winner must claim, book & use all components of the prize outlined in (7) above by 30 May 2027.
12. Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for the Content they submit. The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law.
13. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Multiple entries are permitted.- 15. The prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or prizes.- 17. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including its respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
